In Budapest's trendy District VII, we are finalizing agreements to convert a 280sqm historical café space into a modern coworking hub, preserving the venue's classic architectural elements while integrating cutting-edge workspace solutions. The location's proximity to multiple universities and tech startups makes it ideal for our target demographic. In Prague, we have secured preliminary approval to transform a 350sqm underutilized hotel lobby in Prague 1 into a dynamic coworking space. This venue will capitalize on the city's growing digital nomad community and the hotel's existing international clientele. Both projects are scheduled to begin transformation in Q2 2025, with expected completion within 4 months, serving as showcase venues for future expansion across Eastern Europe.
